Orders received by 4:00 PM EST are typically shipped same day and are delivered via UPS, FedEx, or USPS as chosen by the customer. A signature is required for all shipments upon receipt.
For USPS priority shipping, expect 2-3 day delivery for orders being shipped within the US. USPS does also ship on Saturdays. Refer to the following link for FedEx ground delivery times, FedEx ground delivery map.
We will email you a tracking number as soon as it’s available (Note: it may take up to 24 hours to be updated online). The tracking information can be viewed on UPS.com, FedEx.com, or USPS.com.
If you’ve found damage to the package or if merchandise is missing, please keep the orginal shipping carton and contact us immediately so we can issue a damage claim with the carrier. Please don’t return the merchandise without going through these steps, as it delays the replacement of the order.
International tax and duty: International shipments are subject to import fees, duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches their country, in addition to the brokerage fees/custom clearance charges which may be imposed by the carrier. These charges must be borne by the recipient. CamRanger has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. If an international shipment is refused and/or returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees or shipping charges incurred from this return, will be the responsibility of the customer.
For the first 30 days of your purchase you may return the CamRanger, CamRanger PT Hub, and MP-360 tripod head for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges. Simply contact us for a refund form. We do reserve the right to charge a 3% service fee, though it will not be charged in many cases.
All returns must meet our guidelines.
Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturers packaging, materials and accessories, including instructions, packing inserts, power adaptor, cables, neoprene pouch, battery in sleeve, etc.
The original manufacturer’s labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer’s packaging.
Securely package the product and include the filled out reform form and a copy of the original invoice.
Ship the parcel back to us freight prepaid. We do not accept COD or freight collect shipments. We recommend a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.
Please allow up to 8-10 business days after we receive the package for your return/exchange/refund to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed.
Important Note for international customers: Please mark the item as “VENDOR RETURN” to avoid duties and customs.
The CamRanger and CamRanger PT Hub includes a 6 month warranty replacement policy. The MP-360 tripod head includes a 90 day warranty replacement policy, which is the same warranty period as the manufacturer. Please contact CamRanger regarding the procedure. Note the warranty only covers defects and not damage, including, but not limited to, water damage or abuse.
You can cancel your order provided it hasn’t yet entered the shipping process. If the item has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund (if the payment has been processed a 3% service fee is incurred). See Return policy. If the delivery is refused, the shipping and handling charges for both ways will be deducted from the credit and a 3% service fee will be charged.
CamRanger LLC reserves the right to change or modify these Terms or any policy or guideline of the Sites at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your continued use of the Sites following the posting of changes or modifications will confirm your acceptance of such changes or modifications. Therefore, you should frequently review the Terms and applicable policies to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Sites. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Sites. Any use of the Sites in violation of these Terms may result in, among other things, termination of your account.

CamRanger LLC is not for use for illegal purposes. CamRanger LLC is not responsible for damage or loss incurred to the camera, memory card, images, or iOS device.
CamRanger LLC will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. CamRanger LLC’s liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.
There is no implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on any item sold by CamRanger LLC.

We attempt to be as accurate as possible and eliminate errors on the Sites; however, we do not warrant that any product, service, description, photograph, video, pricing or other information is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. In the event of an error, whether on the Sites, in an order confirmation, in processing an order, delivering a product or service or otherwise, we reserve the right to correct such error and revise your order accordingly if necessary (including charging the correct price) or to cancel the order and refund any amount charged. Your sole remedy in the event of such error is to cancel your order and obtain a refund.
